Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how refunds, transfers, and cancellations work for play sessions, open play passes, private hires, and birthday parties purchased from Little Legends Play Hub. It applies to bookings made online at https://www.littlelegendsplayhub.com/, by phone, email, or in person.

 

2. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment has cleared and you receive a confirmation email. The person who makes the booking is responsible for sharing our venue rules with their group.

 

3. Standard play sessions

• Cancellations made more than forty eight hours before the session: full refund or transfer to another available session within thirty days.

• Cancellations within forty eight hours: non refundable, although we will try to move you to another session where space allows.

• No shows or arrivals more than fifteen minutes late: non refundable.

 

4. Private hires and birthday parties

• More than fourteen days notice: full refund or free reschedule.

• Seven to fourteen days notice: fifty percent refund or one reschedule within sixty days, subject to availability.

• Less than seven days notice: non refundable because staff time, catering, and decorations have already been committed. If we manage to re sell the slot we can offer a goodwill credit of fifty percent.

 

5. Illness and emergencies

If the birthday child or a booked attendee becomes ill, contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion we may offer a one time reschedule or credit when you provide medical confirmation or reasonable proof.

 

6. Weather or venue issues

If we have to close because of severe weather, maintenance, or other safety reasons, you can choose between a full refund and an alternative date.

 

7. Food, cafe tabs, and add ons

Food orders and party extras cancelled less than seventy two hours before the event are non refundable because supplies will already have been purchased.

 

8. Gift cards and play passes

Gift vouchers and passes are non refundable but stay valid until the printed expiry date. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

 

9. How to request a refund

Email hello@littlelegendsplayhub.com with your booking reference, attendee name, date and time, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within five to seven working days.

 

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We will always try to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.

 

11. Updates

We may change this policy as our services evolve. The newest version will be posted on our website.
