1. Acceptance of Risk

I understand that the use of soft play equipment involves physical activity and carries a risk of accidental injury. I accept that bumps, falls, and minor injuries can occur as part of normal play.

2. Parental Responsibility & Supervision

I confirm that I am fully responsible for the supervision, behaviour, and safety of my child/children at all times whilst on the premises.

I understand that Little Legends Play Hub staff are not responsible for supervising children unless part of a booked and supervised session.

3. Health Declaration

I confirm that my child is physically able to use the play equipment and does not have any medical condition that would make participation unsafe.

4. Rules & Safe Play

I agree to ensure my child follows all safety rules, signage, and staff instructions at all times.

I understand that failure to follow rules may result in removal from the play area for safety reasons.

5. Personal Property

I understand that Little Legends Play Hub cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

6. Liability Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that I allow my child to use the facilities at our own risk.

I agree that Little Legends Play Hub, its owners, and staff will not be held liable for injuries resulting from:

• Normal play activities
• Misuse of equipment
• Failure to follow rules
• Lack of parental supervision

(This does not affect liability for negligence where required by law.)

7. Data Consent (GDPR)

I consent to Little Legends Play Hub storing my contact details for:

• Emergency contact purposes
• Booking records
• Important updates relating to sessions or safety

8. Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this agreement
• I accept full responsibility for supervising my child
• I accept the risks associated with soft play activities
