From Cardiff
Soft play, then the beach.
We are twenty minutes from Cardiff, on the Barry Island seafront. An hour of play here, then the sand, the funfair or chips on the prom. It turns a soft play trip into a day out.
By car
A4232 then the A4050 to Barry Island, about 20 minutes from the city centre outside rush hour. Pay and display parking on the seafront.
By train
Direct trains run from Cardiff Central to Barry Island. We are a short walk along the seafront from the station.
Make a day of it
Whitmore Bay beach and the funfair are a minute away. Wet day? The session runs an hour and the café does quality coffee.
